HOW TO PURCHASE?
1) First, fill in the ORDER FORM provided.
2) Kindly wait for our reply, in 24 hours time. If reply is not received, do send us another email (For this purpose, using Gmail is recommended to avoid any spam email).
3) Next, send us the proof of purchase (receipt obtained during the payment, can either be in pdf/picture/scanned)
4) We will then send you a notification email, to indicate that your order is being processed and will be shipped. Shipping is done 3 times per week (on weekdays only), thus please allow 1-3 days for the item to be shipped out.
5) Shawl received, indulge your shawl/s! J.
IMPORTANT NOTES!
1) Do take note that enquiry email must be send to us before making any payment. This is to avoid the item that you’re interested is already sold out.
2) Once you’ve receive our reply, payment must be made in within 24 hours. Items will be back on sale if payment are not received within the reservation time.
3) If no payment receipt/proof given, the order will not be delivered.
4) Tracking number will be given if you request it.

PROOF OF PAYMENT
1) Using Online Transfer
-Save your payment slip in image file format (JPG/PDF).
-Next, email the payment slip to sapphireshawl@gmail.com for verification once payment is made.
-Please use the same email that you’ve fill in the ORDER FORM. This is to ease our shipping process.
2) Using Cash Deposit
-Scan/take a photo of the payment receipt.
-Next, email the payment slip to us for verification once payment is made.

RETURN POLICY
1) Please think thoroughly before purchasing any items, as SapphireShawl will not accept any return due to change of mind when you’ve received the items.
2) SapphireShawl would not be responsible for any damage caused during delivery.
